2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup butter
1./2 cup cocoa
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups rolled oats
1 cup flaked coconut
3/4 cup slivered almonds
72-75 yogurt raisins or yogurt peanuts (three per cookie)
In a saucepan, combine sugar, milk, butter and cocoa. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
Once mixture has reached a rolling boil, cook for five minutes stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and add vanilla, oats, coconut and almonds.
Drop by rounded tablespoons onto parchment paper. Make a small indentation in the center of each mound with the back of a tablespoon and nestle three yogurt raisins in the indentation.*Edited to fix all the spelling errors because I blogged this from my iphone while waiting for a friend outside the movie theater last night.
